Our team will provide the client or their representative with all information relating to the service that we will provide.
Information will include the complaints procedure and the costs involved in the agreed care plan.
We will keep all information relating to our clients secure and confidential.

- Assistance with getting up/going to bed
- Bathing/showering

- Meal preparation
- Assist with medication (in accordance with care plan)

- Person-centred planning.
- Ensure the service user maintain their independence and dignity.
- Regular reports with all agencies involved to ensure correct continuity of service users care.
- A&T meet the standards set by the governing bodies at all times.
